This Privacy Policy explains how Everbliss-Green ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the Everblisslink mobile application (the "App"). The App is a companion for RF-tag / LoRa radio hardware that lets you view device locations on offline maps, exchange messages over a local LoRa radio mesh, and optionally export activity tracks to Strava.
The App does not require you to create an account, and there is no login or sign-up. We do not operate a server or database that stores your personal information. Within the LoRa mesh, devices and users are identified only by a device hardware (MAC) address and a display name you choose; this information is used locally and over the radio, not stored by us.
The following is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us:

The App displays locations reported by your RF-tag / LoRa hardware over the radio mesh — for example, the position of a tracked device. These locations are shown on offline maps and saved to your local map history on your device. Location data is not sent to us or to any backend server. If you use the system "share" feature to share a location, your device's operating system opens an external map link (such as Apple Maps or Google Maps); we do not receive that information.
With your permission, the App uses the camera solely to scan QR codes (for example, to join a group). The camera image is processed on your device to read the code. We do not store, record, or transmit camera images.
The App lets you send direct and broadcast messages to other users over the local LoRa radio mesh. Messages are transmitted by radio and stored locally on the participating devices. Message content is not sent over the internet to any server and is not stored by us. Because broadcast messages can be received by other nearby users, please do not share sensitive personal information in messages.
The App displays maps using OpenStreetMap data (via OpenMapTiles / PMTiles). Map files and device firmware are bundled with the App and/or downloaded on demand from our content delivery network (DigitalOcean Spaces). These downloads are simple file requests and do not include your personal data; however, as with any internet request, the network provider may process technical metadata such as your IP address to deliver the file. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
If — and only if — you choose to connect Strava, the App uses Strava's OAuth process to obtain your authorization, and can upload activity tracks to your Strava account at your request. An uploaded activity is a GPX file that contains GPS coordinates, timestamps, and related device telemetry (such as the device MAC address, battery level, and status flags). It does not include your name, email, or phone number. Uploads are initiated by you; there is no automatic syncing. You can disconnect Strava at any time within the App or from your Strava account settings, which revokes the App's access.
Strava's handling of data you upload is governed by Strava's own privacy policy: strava.com/legal/privacy.
The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking or telemetry. We do not profile you or track you across apps or websites.
The App interacts with the following third parties only as described above:

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App has no accounts or backend, we do not collect such information from any user.
Because your data stays on your device, its security depends largely on your device's own protections. We use reasonable measures in the App, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the App or App Store listing.
